हमारे सुपर हीरो सोनू सूद का जन्म ३० जुलाई १९७३ में पंजाब के मोगा जिले में हुआ था ये दो बहनों के बीच एक भाई हैं इनकी  प्रारंभिक शिक्षा मोगा में ही हुई है और कॉलेज की पढाई यशवंतराव चवन कॉलेज ऑफ़ इंजीनियरिंग  नागपुर से हुई है। 

शादीशुदा ज़िन्दगी -

हमारे सुपर हीरो सोनू सूद का विवाह २५ सितम्बर १९९६ को सोनाली सूद के साथ हुआ जिंनसे इनको दो बेटे हैं अयान और ईशान 

 फ़िल्मी करियर -

सोनू सूद का फ़िल्मी सफर बहुत आसान नहीं रहा क्यूंकि ये एक मिडिल क्लास फैमली से आते हैं जिनका पहले से कोई फ़िल्मी बैकग्राउंड नहीं था जिसकी वजह से हमारे इस हीरो को बहुत संघर्ष करना पड़ा इस मुकाम तक पहुँचाने के लिए वो कहते हैं ना अँधेरा कब तक रोक सकता है सूरज को चमकने से उसकी एक किरण ही अँधेरे को चीर कर रख देती है ठीक उसी तरह हमारा हीरो भी चमका भले ही विलेन के रूप में दबंग के छेदी सिंह को भला कौन भूल सकता है अगर छेड़ी ना होता तो सायद चुलबुल भी ना होता। इन्होने अपने सफर की शुरुआत मॉडलिंग से की उसके बाद बॉलीवुड में काम ना मिलने की वजह से साउथ की फिल्मों में काम करना चालू कर दिया हमारे इस हीरो ने और वहाँ काफी सफलता मिली सोनू सूद को उसके बाद इन्होने बॉलीवुड में कमबैक किया और कई फिल्मों में काम किया और अपने अभिनय    का लोहा मनवा दिया इनके परफेक्ट बॉडी के सभी दीवाने हैं और भारत में यंग लड़के और लड़कियों के बीच काफी पॉपुलर हैं हर लड़का इनकी तरह फिटनेस पाना चाहता हैं।
